[bookport] Another Audible question

Hello!
Easily found the first Presidential Debate. Got it in the shopping cart but
could not find how to download it. I successfully activated the Bookport, or
so I was told. But the title has not appeared in my audio Inbox, nor do I
see any evidence that a transfer is happening. This is clearly as convoluted
a process as others have reported.
