Hi, I have both. They are exactly the same size. Actually, I think they both now include the same size memory card, but either way, you can purchase other cards for them. The book port is a bit more expensive, and in my opinion, it's interface is a bit more difficult to learn and remember. The book port does have a note taker function, although to use it, you will need to use computer braille, it won't work with grade 2. I personally don't see a need for a feature like that in a reading device, but that's just my opinion. I do find myself using the courier a bit more I think, again mainly because the interface is a bit easier. Hope this helps. ----- Original Message ----- From: "allen n" <kf4cld@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <bookcourier@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, June 15, 2005 7:44 PM Subject: [bookcourier] undecided > i am looking at getting a bookcourier. > I also like the bookport. > i am having a hard time deciding witch one to get. > I see the differences in the two. > the bookcourier will hold a bigger flash card. > I was worndering if the bookcourier is smaller than the bookport? > my friend has a bookport and he likes it. > he has had his for about a year now. > i also noticed you get earphones with the bookcourier and not with the bookport. > i like that obtion. > just looking for some advice. > Wasn't sure If someone might have had both of them and witch one they liked better. > Or if someone has tried the two of them. > Thanks alot for any input. > allen >
