To some extent I can agree with you. However, if a company talks of
deadlines and doesn't appear to honour them, doesn't update its news
page nor post anything to the news list, it does make you wonder. The
fact that someone tried to phone them and didn't get any answer and they
have not replied to emails might imply many things.

I emailed springer a few days ago to ask about the new BC. I haven't
heard from them as yet. I'll await the end of June and see what happens
but there are two possibilities. Either their working hard on getting
the new BC ready to sell or they've gone the way of the wind.
