It was said that the new BC would be ready in the 1st quarter of 2008, this was then delayed to the 2nd quarter which has now past and still no news.

I have tried emails to support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and phone calls to the
contact number listed on the web site. I am getting no response. I either need the new Bookcourier or I need to have my keys refurbished as they have 
done for me in the past for $45.  As the subject says, has anybody heard
anything?
