I use a program called Switch to convert ogg to mp3 quite successfully, but yes
it does double the size of the file at least. It works great though. I am
able to transfer my downloaded books to Book Courier, which makes them portable
with no need to burn a bunch of CDs.

  Hi Wil,
No, but I wish it would, and I don't see why it shouldn't, since ogg is open
source. The problem is, every utility that I've found that converts ogg to mp3
converts it in such a way that the file size is double.
  www.dbpoweramp.com
free and easy to use, just rightclick on you ogg file and choose 'convert
to,' but you must download the lame mp3 encoder, but it gives you that option.
  Ari
