Gingerbread Cupcakes (Weight Watchers) 1 1/2 cup flour 2/3 cup sugar 1 t ginger 1 t cinnamon 1 t allspice 1 1/2 cup applesauce 1 cup molasses 3 large egg whites 3 cups lite whipped topping Preheat oven to 325°. Coat 2 12-cup muffin tins with Pam Combine dry ingredients - mix well Add wet ingredients, stir until well combined. Fill tins 3/4 full with batter. Bake about 40 minutes 24 servings 3 points each
