I concur with Petro. And most definitely back up and back up that
schedule8.dat file as that is your lifeline to stations, recordings,
whatever.
I keep multiple copies of it around, and have used and swapped them when
needed either to undo someting I deleted, to locate something I previously
decided I didn't want or need, etc.
