[blindreplay] how can i update a podcast?

Hi listers,
I'm hoping someone can help with this, though it may be a little beyond the
scope of this list. While searching for podcasts of interest, i found Verbum
Domini, which offers the daily Catholic Scripture readings. However, on the
info page it says:

Do i need a podcatcher in order to get the most updated podcasts? I was
advised that i could subscribe to podcasts and download them directly into
IE 7 favorites, at least assuming I understood correctly, but if so can't
figure out exactly how to do this. If anyone can help me sort this out i
would very much appreciate it, especially since I would like to be able to
add this program in the easiest way, preferrably without having to install
and learn to deal with yet another piece of software. i apologize if this is
off topic, but since I hope to add this to my Replay-AV shows list i'm
hoping it is appropriate. If anyone wants to contact me on or off list
regarding any additional advice with podcasting, feel free to do so.
