[blindreplay] converter problem

hi, I'm having a problem with replay converter. I had by mistake installed a beta of version 3 and yesterday I uninstalled it to update replay. this morning when after a show recorded and tried to convert it didn't do it. how do I fix this do I have to uninstall all of replay and reinstall it. thanks
