Here's my message to Applian developer on Real Alternative 1.7.5 and the .rm to 
.mp3 success.

I uninstalled Real Player here. Rebooted PC. Installed Real Alternative 1.7.5 
version. Thanks for your advice and expertise I was able to convert the .rm 
file to .mp3 32 kbps using Replay Converter 3.2 using troubleshoot method.

I went to Replay AV 8.52 and told it to record a .ram stream and then to 
convert it to .mp3 16 kbps and it did the job successfully but previously I 
could not using RAV 8.52 or earlier and Real Player combination.

Job well done and Thank you very much. Will tell the mailing list this info and 
help newcomers when this issue arises in the future.
