To use the drag and drop in window eyes, you must have both windows on the screen. Locate the mouse using the numpad over the item you wish to drag and press numpad-insert and numpad-delete together. Now move the mouse to the window in which you want the item dropped, namely the RAV window, and press numpad-insert-delete again. You are given choices of drop and mark, press d for drop and the item should be dropped where you have placed the mouse. (I believe there is an instance where after this you have to press control-v to paste, but can't remember if or when this is actually the case.) RD
