On my end the process new streams is enabled. I do not recall seeing this
option in the past. Have you read the user guide of RMC5 to see if there is
info about this?

Internet Connection FAQ for Applian Products

    Internet Connection F

Applian products need to have access to the internet to register and
operate properly. If you are having trouble, please try the suggestions below.

I am getting: Unable to connect to the internet: 0x800C0005

The software is unable to connect to the internet. If you are otherwise
able to browse the internet, there is likely something on your computer which
is specifically blocking our software's access. On occasion, overzealous
antivirus and firewall software will cause trouble. Please check your antivirus
and firewall software to allow access for the Applian software. The domains
secure.applian.com and applian.com should be allowed access.

Bitdefender users: After updating our software, Bitdefender might suddenly
start preventing access to the internet. We have found that, after receiving
the error message, closing and restarting our software will allow access. This
process may need to be repeated for each part of our software which accesses
the internet (registration, tuning, and guides) and if our software has been
updated.
