Thanks for the prompt offer of help.
In answer to your questions, no, I have not changed any
Eudora settings and am using the defaults as far as I know.
The Eudora version is 7.1.0.9 in paid mode. The version of
Jaws is 10 although most of the time I use Window Eyes 7.11.
