Hi, All, just thought I'd share that I find an interesting bread baking book
today. It's probably the most down-to-earth regular kind of person's bread
book I've probably ever seen, so far it starts out very simple and works
through different types of bread in the form of lessons. The author
apparently used to be a high school science teachers. He and some other
people have a bakery now in San Fransisco called The Mill. The book is
called Josey Baker Bread, there's a preview copy on Bookshare and I bought
the kindle edition through Amazon as for the moment it's only $3.99,
normally it would be something like $21 even for the kindle version. You can
use the kindle app to read the book on your iphone very easily.

You'll have to check it out, John, and tell us what you think of it.

Charlene
