Using the cooking bags that are made for cooking meals seems to me to be a

I have a friend who makes her omelets this way all the time.  If I do it, I'll 
figure out a way to use the boilin bags that you can use when you seal meals or 
packages to be frozen or boiled.  That would be fine.  The lady I know who does 
this all the time loves to make these.
And she's a health nut.  So I figure she's seen these warnings too.
