It is a nice alternative to ice coffee. Robbie IN 1 cup strongly brewed coffee, cooled 1 cup milk, cold (whole, 2%, or skim, whatever you prefer) 2 heaping tablespoons instant vanilla pudding powder 1-3 teaspoons of sugar or sugar substitute , depending on how sweet you like your coffee 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 cups of ice cubes (add more if you want a thicker smoothie) Add all of the ingredients to the blender and blend until no ice chunks remain. Variations: Use chocolate, eggnog or other flavor of puddings Half a frozen banana (this will thicken the smoothie up even further) 2 Tablespoons of chocolate syrup a dash of ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon instant coffee (for super coffee flavor) 1/4 teaspoon almond extract 1/4 teaspoon coconut extract 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract whipped cream on top 'Be who you are, stand up for what's right, & be blessed knowing that the people who matter in your life see the beauty that you hold.' ~Be Blessed,Sugar
