Bush stated that if Iran didn't cease to operate their nuclear program, military options would be explored. That's not saying to Iran "Certainly, we're going to attack you". Also, it can be assumed that if Iran has or is getting close to a nuclear weapon, the US has nothing to worry about. Israel will take care of them. So, because this is public knowledge, McCain didn't do anything wrong. Again, your premise is not valid. Pakistan is our ally, while Iran isn't. Telling our ally that we're going to attack you is out of question. And, what happened to democrats wanting peace?

What do you call that Prescription plan, of the previous administration? Why is the Federal government supplying the HMO of this nation with their operating budget? Is it a plan, without a name? This is also true. Obama talked a lot. Most of what was said probably won't happen, such as a health care plan. We need health care reform, but without economic stability and Congress support, it won't happen. And, you don't tell a country we're going to attack you whenever we want just because we feel like it. Obama said this mainly to Pakistan.

Exactly, you should vote for the man because you agree with him, or at least agree more with him than the competing person or persons. And a major thing is not to believe everything you hear on TV because the major networks pick their favorite and then they make that person or persons look good and slam the other as often as they can.

I believe that such things shouldn't have significance. You vote for a candidate on the issues, not on his skin color, religion, sex, or anything else.

You know, there's something else I want to know. Why is everything boiling down to a black candidate? All day today every time I turned on the news all I heard was black black black. You know, if people voted for him because he's black, then I'm sorry, we are in deep crap. I wish people would quit bringing race into every fricken thing in the world. You know, until we all start seeing people as people, and not black, brown, white or whatever, there will never be piece.

Now, I don't know if Saturday Night Live is a Democrat loyal program, but I know, they did a job on Palin. I didn't see any of it, but I hear they have a look alike, and she is so like Palin. As to any slander, directly from the Democrats I only remember hearing on TV, how, if the tables had been turned, a black candidate, in her position, would have been ripped up one side and down the other. Her qualifications for the Nation's highest office, came under heavy scrutiny, and her husband's dodging of the law played against her. I think, the Democrats grew weary of the continual onslaught of anti Obama rhetoric and they made a decision to, finally, fight fire with fire. Whether or not it worked, I don't know, but the numbers showed, this country was tired of the old party politic and want a ;change. I'm always, Frank Check out my line of clothing for blind nudists. The Republicans did run a bad campaign. However, it was bad all around. As I said, democrats also slandered, also hated, and also degraded, particularly Sarah Palin.

On another list, I sent my thoughts on yesterday's race, even though that message was meant for this list. I contend, we voted into office a moral, honest, sincere man, who is not out to degrade anyone. I believe, he has intentions of raising the lower classes to a tolerable life style, which, has not been afforded them due to cut backs and misuse of federal dollars. The middle class is almost extinct, and hopefully, we will revamp and regain our comfortable position, as a viable force, socially as well as fiscally. I didn't like the way the opposing candidate ran his election, and see, in his concilliary speech, he can be kind and non abrasive. Had he conducted his campaign that way, I might have voted Republican, but he didn't and neither did I. I don't know about you, but I can tell you, all the hate mail and so called "Christian" pleas, to vote for McCain, disgusted me, and I wrote to all those people, and set them straight. These red necked, ignorant majority voters had the audacity to suggest Obama was the Anti Christ, as their Preachers told them so. I wouldn't doubt, the Republican party was responsible for most of the hate Email, which talked of black crime and black motives, , Which they say, was Obama's true reason for running for office-that we would become a Moslem state. Historically, the Democrat party doesn't slander the opposition, in this most base style. Strangely, when John Kennedy ran for the highest office in the land, the anti Christ of that era was the Pope of the Catholic church. John Kennedy professed to be Roman Catholic. They talked of the 7 hills of Rome, and how the man, riding the beast, wore a blue Turban-signifying his lofty position. This time around, the Blue Turban signified Moslem. The whole campaign left a bitter taste in my mouth. Hopefully, those Nay Sayers will see how wrong they were, and that we can make a difference, as a nation, not run by corporate America.
