This Script Replaces The Date & Time Hotkey In Window-Eyes, With Two Seperate
Hotkeys:
1. Insert-T = Reads the current time (Hour:Minute)
2. Shift-Insert-T = Reads the current date
The default speech synthesizer is chosen automatically.
Version 1.1 now takes into consideration, the user's Regional settings for Time
& Date, in Windows Control Panel.
