Martin,
In order to get the Weather Plus addon to work, it must be set up first by
going into the NVDA menu with insert+N. Choose Preferences. Pressing up
arrow will take you to Weather Plus preferences. This is where you choose
your default city and state, as well as a ton of other settings. Once the
addon is configured, there are several hotkeys you can use, including
insert+W for today's forecast.

believe the hot key combination is the nvda key, w, shift. That is a rather
awkward combination for me. As any user on the list been able to access
