Interesting. From the dashboard tab, which might be read as a radio
button, I press right arrow to move to the scan tab.
From there, as I press the tab key I find a "threat scan" which appears
to be a full scan, and another press of the tab key moves me to the
"custom scan" button, which should allow me to specify certain folders I
want to scan. Yes, there doesn't seem to be a quick scan option.
