I'm sorry to hear about the response you're receiving from VFO. There is
an active list which is for the discussion of the Window-Eyes screen

have someone else call me today but nobody did. I managed to work around
yesterday's issues but I'm concerned about future problems. I may need to
join a user list for help in future. Hopefully I can get that info from
you,
if not from A-I squared. I'm mentioning this situation here in case
others may be using this screen reader besides me.
