Hello E.,

My sincerest apologies for the previous error with respect to the ability to 
upload .zip files at Step 2.  I was clearly mistaken.  Confusion was surely 
caused in the process.  I will, of course, ensure I am more careful in the 
future.  :-)  I am very glad uploading of zip files is, indeed, available in 
the final step from the volunteer's perspective.

Since when are zip files no longer accepted. I thought People use zip
particularly if they have slow connections and have used zip for
years. Some of you who have been on the list a long time and have
slow connections may want to help out here.
