You don't have to brows if you use find, but you do have to use find and you should only have to hit tab a couple of times.

Hi all,

When I think of ways to make a better Bookshare, I think of two things. I talked about the categories problem in a different message, but I'd like to see a revamping of the Volunteer page. This is what I'd like to see done.

First, I'd like to see the links for step 1 and 2 moved up to the top of the page instead of being under the seventh header down. This would increase efficiency. If step 1 and 2, the work areas for volunteers were at the top of the volunteer page, volunteers could find them without having to scroll passed information which is irrelevant to the job at hand. Maybe tightyening up the volunteer page to include just the links having to do with volunteering instead of all the extraneous links the browse this and that, the scools gumbus and so on. This should be a page work space, and it isn't. It's way too busy!

I'd like to see the links for browsing placed further up the pages so that people can find them instead of browsing through all the news links and links about newspapers and gumbus. Again, the important links are far down the page when they should be moved up. People come to browse books, they shouldn't have to tromp through mega links to find what they want.

I think Bookshare is a pretty good operation. If these changes were made, it would be far on the road to perfection.
