But if you will notice, Bookshare asks us to put it at the beginning of the title. It is their responsibility to eliminate it. Jill ----- Original Message ----- From: "Allison Hilliker" <bookshare_girl@xxxxxxx>

Hi all,I always take out the BSO part of a book title when I submit. I add the BSO into the comments field when I upload. I did this because I was seeing too many books appearing in the collection with the BSO as part of their title.Taking out the BSO I feel makes it less likely for that to happen. Butputting BSO in the comments helps Claire or whoever to know that it's not aduplicate. Just my suggestion, Allison----- Original Message ----- From: "Mayrie ReNae" <mrenae@xxxxxxxxxxx>To: <bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Tuesday, November 27, 2007 5:37 AM Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Re: to validatorsHi Monica,Nope, you're right. If we take out the BSO before Claire approvesa book, she'll never know why that book is being submitted, and might reject it, because it is already in the collection. I thought we are supposed to leave the BSO intact so Claire knows it's supposed to replace a book already in the collection. Am I wrong on that? Check for misspelled titles, and be sure to delete Hold For or BSO. Otherwise we have to bother Claire to fix the titles after the book is added to the collection, like today's book BSO Merovingen Nights: Angel with the Sword by C. J. Cherryh.
