Hi Pratik:
I just wanted to thank you for your excellent tips on settings for this
paperback I'm scanning.  I am working on a Nancy Drew mystery, and I am
having a lot of luck. I tried your settings changes, unfortunately I can't
press hard on the binding because it is a library copy, but it seems to be
scanning well in spite of that.    I will be scanning some other paperbacks
soon too, so hopefully these settings will work well for those as well.
