I have K1000 11 and I find that sometimes switching to scan soft can get better results. Bottom line is playing with the settings.

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] scanning the back of a hard-cover book

Hi folks. Anyone know the best way to scan the back of a hard-cover book where the book jacket information is usually found? I've tried it on the default settings with k1000 version 11, but my results have been less than satisfactory. Any help would be most appreciated.
