I have to wonder if the anonymous bookshare volunteer default is used either
(a) because people don't realize that they can check a box to allow their name
to be shown or (b) because in this day and age in the world of the Internet,
people are reluctant to have their information out there in yet one more place.

For those people who just do not want their name, could there be an option
they could just be assigned a member number?

There would still be some anonymity but at least they could be contacted if
necessary, if there was a link you could click to send the member a message,
that didn't divulge personal information.

Then if the member chose not to respond, no one would have to feel bad about
rejecting the book.
