Absolutely! And that shift-control-v is even easier yet. And if I had read all my mail before posting that first message, the list would have been less cluttered.Sorry about that. Okay, then follow what Scott delineated for you. You can also just hit shift control V, hit the letter of the folder you want to erase and when you get there just hit delete. It will ask you if you are sure and you click on yes or okay. Easy! *G* Maithe ----- Original Message ----- From: Evan Reese To: bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Sunday, October 14, 2007 12:06 AM Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Re: o.t. deleting folders in Outlook Express Thanks, Maithe. But if I am not mistaken, that just deletes the messages in the folder. Do you know how to actually delete the folder itself? That is what I would like to do, since I don't have much use for empty folders. Thanks for any advice. Sure...just go to where you want to be. Go to the folder, highlight what you want emptied and hit delete. You will get a message asking if you are sure and you just click on yes or okay. To highlight the whole folder, go to the first one at the top, hit the end button and then hit delete. Easy. *G* Maithe ----- Original Message ----- From: Monica Svopa To: bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Saturday, October 13, 2007 11:02 PM Subject: [bksvol-discuss] o.t. deleting folders in Outlook Express Hello list.
