Hi Sue,

        The context key is the key immediately to the left of the right
control key.

        Good luck!  I found this means of opening rtf files much more
difficult than the one I suggested.  But everyone is different.  Hope you
find one that suits you.

Sue the easiest way for me to load a file into kurzweil when the file
is in a non kes format is to do the following.

Be on the file name.
hit the context key. arrow up to "open with and choose kurzweil.
