Valerie,
I am sighted.  Please explain the "on the ribbon" and what to do next.
Thanks,
Pam

Are you sighted or blind?  First thing to check is convert it to left justified
and see if that fixes it.  If so, it was fully justified before.  If it is not
that, and you are sighted, I can explain where it is on the ribbon, but I do
not know how to talk a blind person through it since it is not a menu item.  It
has to do with character spacing.

I'm a fairly new volunteer doing proofing.   I am wondering if anybody has come
across Word 2007 doing a "space-out text" as follows:
"If we feed it other stuff, maybe it'll be less
hungry for you," Damon said.
Where it is all in the same font and size, but the beginning of the sentence is
spaced out farther than the rest of the sentence.  Is this O.K.?  Or what can
be done about it?
Thanks for your help,
