   Is this book something that you can contact the submitter?  If the numbers 
you quoted are already printed within the text of the book, you should be able 
to tell where the missing pages belong.  I have worked on books that have a ton 
of blank pages and even two blank pages together on occasion.  HTH.  Good Luck!

OK guys, same book as before but now here is the situation... 
There is a table of contents which says each section of the book begins but the 
numbering is off. For example the first chapter begins on page 2 (according to 
the table of contents and in the document that is correct). The next section of 
that chapter should begin on page 10 but it doesn't, it begins on page 8. When 
read, the story appears to be complete so do I add 2 blank pages to get the 
numbering on track? What do I do?
