Hi Michelle,

        If you don't get a response from the submitter here.  You can write
to Pavi at volunteer@xxxxxxxxxxxxx and ask her to contact the submitter for
you.  If you're lucky, the submitter still has the book and can rescan those
pages for you.  If not, then I'm sure that someone here can get the book
from his/her library and help you out.

(ISBN-10: 0814751970, submitted by Lauren Tuchman), but the book is missing
pages 162 and 163.  Hoping to get those two pages rescanned!
