[bksvol-discuss] lines and page numbers

Hi Gang,
I'm trying for the first time to make sure that the page numbers
are one blank line above the text and a blank line above that at the
top of the page. I find this very time consuming and figure there
might be a better way than I am using. I'm just going from page to
page and doing it all mannually. Is this the way the validators do
it? I've spent about two hours so far and olnly have 100 [pages
finished. I suppose there's no magic machine at bookshare that does
it automatically. Maybe I'm just slow and will pick up speed as I go along.
