I the normal method what Mayrie is referring too, or something else? Going line by line, with what I need to do, will take a very long time.

This sort of selection is very standard across windows programs
and is
not JAWS specific, which is the most likely reason you are not
finding
documentation for it. JAWS may have some select paragraph
keystroke,
but I would most likely stick with the normal selection method.

Place your cursor where you want to start, then press shift+down
arrow until
you reach the end of what you want to move, copy, or cut.  It's
selected,
and you can carry on.

portion of text
(say three or so paragraphs) for deletion, movement etc.  with
