My son at home is 8 and in 3rd grade. He likes to read
when we can get a book he gets into. He loved all the
Gary Paulsen books that Shelley turned us on to.

I doubt I could get him interested in Jack & Jill, or
reading on the computer (he'd be too likely to start
surfing the net!) but I'm sure someone will do it.

My pile of library books is getting low (not that my
pile of my own books is ever low, make that piles
plural) so I can't wait until some new ones come in.

Our other son is 12 but for various reasons is staying
at grandma's house. He is developmentally disabled.
