Hi, Melissa, something like this happened to me a time or two when I caught
download fever. Really all you need to do is email support@xxxxxxxxxxxxx and
ask that the numbers be rolled back to 0, then you can continuing
downloading to your heart's content. Hope this helps you out and happy

The one time I went over my limit for the month, I didn't get any error
message. Instead, nothing would happen when I clicked on either the daisy or
brf links to download. I knew that I was close, so went and checked my
history, and I had reach the limit.
