Very true Kelley,
Open book is the only software that does it correctly mostly because I
think it has the duxbury engine in it. I know that NB Trans if that's what
they're using to translate, does do italics, but sometimes its really
annoying not to see italics say for thoughts or emphasis in text. Glad I'm
not the only one who noticed that.

Ner, I was just thinking about this italics problem too. The thing is that there certainly is a standard braille way for doing Italics. My BrailleNote can translate them properly into braille, so I know that Bookshare could use something that would do so. Kellie
