Cool.Ido tend to use my keyboard most of the time for those when I'm proofing, THere are times, thourh--I can't think of the exact instances, when I want to use the ones on the ruler. With the Word that came with my new computer I have to open a format palette, which shows up on the side of my file, sometime blocking part of the print.
