I'm not a big science fiction fan but I've found when I've proofed some science 
fiction and fantasy (not a fan of those, either) that I really enjoyed the 
books (except, I'm sorry to say, I did not enjoy the Isaac Asimov book I did. 
Anyway, I'll proof anything carefully, like it or not. I've found some new 
authors whose work I enjoyed and some others who write so badly (different 
genres) I'll never borrow their books from the library to read for pleasure and 
will leave for others to proof, unless they stay on the checkout list for a 
long time.
