Hello Linda, We're not confident that everyone would download the manual again, they may just keep refering to their originally downloaded copy which could/will be outdated as time goes on. I haven't yet spoken with Lisa, but I think we would like to keep the manual only on the official Bookshare site for now. I just went online and put the manual in a downloadable form in braille, text, and Word formats and sent them to Jim Baugh. Why not just tell me when you want to update the manual, and I can send Jim a new copy for everyone to download again? I'll attempt to explain why we are avoiding that route at the moment. The justification to not do that is simply that we intend to update the manual more often with corrections and additions. Having it easily downloadable would probably mean that more people would be reading and sharing their copies that could be outdated. So to ensure everyone gets the most current and correct information we would like everyone to visit the website.
