Sorry I can't help with the Braille Note, but...
Have you checked the end of the computer wire that should plug into the
electrical outlet? Take that plug out of the socket and examine the
prongs that go into the outlet...have they somehow gotten mashed
together enough to still fit into the socket but aren't wide enough to
stay in? Before examining that cord too closely, I would detach it from
your computer. At that point with the cord not plugged into any thing,
you should be able to exert enough pressure on the prongs to widen them
enough so
When you try to plug it in again, it won't fall out.
Also, have you tried the plug with any other outlet...just to make sure
there is nothing broken on the outlet you've been using.
Good luck with repairing that plug.
