Hi, Jill, Charms for the Easy Life is on the Bard site if you wish to download it. It is read by Yvonne Fair Tessler. Also, I find those synopses that only talk about reviews singularly unhelpful. I want an annotation about what the book is concerned with, you know, who the protagonists are and a taste of what is happening for a teaser to make us want to read the thing in the first place. Regards, Kim. -----Original Message----- From: bksvol-discuss-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:bksvol-discuss-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Jill O'Connell Sent: Tuesday, April 20, 2010 10:49 PM To: bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Re: Currently scanning Has anyone seen Charms for the Easy Life by Kaye Gibbons in the collection? I entered this in the search box the other day and it took me to other books by this author but not the one I had sought. I read this book in braille a few years ago but may have obtained it from Web Braille. While I am on this subject, I think most of the comments that are showing up about the books are abysmal. They are obviously pieced from original synopses or something, often including an advertising about the book or author, marginally helpful in my opinion. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Deborah Murray" <murray.deborah@xxxxxxxxx> To: <bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Tuesday, April 20, 2010 2:58 PM Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Re: Currently scanning > Hi Mary, > > Thanks--I guess from now on I'll have to use the advanced search.
