Don't worry about the page breaks, since it probably doesn't matter. Why scan if you aren't going to submit. You will go insane trying to upload all those books if you don't space them out, and it would make it easier on the validators if you don't hold on to them forever and then dump them all on the system. Just make sure that the whole book is there and that the books you submit are not already on bookshare. If you don't know something about the condission of the book just say what you think needs checking in the comments field. The worst thing that could happen would be that something was rejected, which would not be the end of the world. This way you are sure not to get credit, and no one can give you assistance in improving your scans if they need it, or give you needed assurance that everything is fine if that is the case. I validated something you submitted a long time ago and it did have page breaks.
