[bksvol-discuss] Submitting a book

I am beginning to scan some books again. Just wondered what differences in
procedures there may be since a year ago.
I save my books and submit them in MS Word 2003 format. Is that still
acceptable?
I also do the following:
Make sure the copyright page is there.
Delete the book headers from the pages.
Make sure all pages are numbered.
Include blank pages with their numbers.
Any other advice is appreciated.
