Is the following text written correctly?

In the following are the line spaces supposed to be included?
line space between Hari and listening
also line space between had and Hari
and, is there a space before Hari at the beginning of the last line of text.
Is the word arp correct?
Hari said. " no , She meant no harm. There arp ? Angry with Delilah.
