One of the books I'm committed to proofing, that I think you will
like, is : "NOURISHING TRADITIONS

The Cookbook that Challenges

Politically Correct Nutrition

and the Diet Dictocrats

REVISED SECOND EDITION

Sally Fallen

I'm waiting for it to come from the library, but I also have 4 books
to do that need a sighted proofer with access to the print books.
There don't' appear to be too many of us sighted proofers any more. I
thought there were a lot; I know of at least one more. Either she or
I, or maybe someone else will take your book.I'm good with footnotes
but nt goo with tables; I haven't been able to convert them properly
and have to write them in paragraphs.
I'm copying this to the volunteer list. maybe there are more sighted
proofers than Icurrently know of; I don't know what haappened to them
all; maybe I'll copy this to Madeleine, too.
