I know there’s been issues with the renewal links not being available when you 
get the email to renew your book. I’ve reminded engineering about this, and to 
really make my case I would like you all to forward me the email with a 
screenshot of the page with the missing link whenever this happens. The more 
people that I can show this happens to, the more likely it is that engineering 
will actually fix something. I can’t promise any immediate changes, but I can 
promise that if you all send me those emails with screen shots I’ll keep 
bugging our engineering team!
