Yes, I am sure there is a Pulitzer for journalism. I don't understand why some of the books are chosen. I downloaded "One of Ours" by Willa Cather and so far it seems very borinnnng.. <<smile> Sue S. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Cindy" <popularplace@xxxxxxxxx> To: <bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Thursday, March 10, 2005 5:37 PM Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Re: Pulitzer prize winners I've taken a quick look at Marissa's list, which seem to be the fiction winners. I haven't looked at Tony's, but yes, there are several categories, and maybe Tony's is one of the other lists. The categories of Pulitzer Prizes in Letters (I think there are separate ones for Journalism, and perhaps other areas, too) are below, quoted from a site about the Pulitzer Prize. "Prizes in Letters are for books published in the US - fiction, biography, general non-fiction, history and poetry." Cindy __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
