If there are multiple lines of a poem that may be flush left on the first
line, indented on the next line, third line indented another line, and then
back to flush left on another line, follow print as it is formatted.

General reading. I'll send it to BookShare. After that, it's not my
problem. It has one poem with an unknown number of verses. I'm asking
about lines within a verse as far as I can figure.

Does the poem have more than one verses? If so, there should be one blank
line between verses.

What type of book are you working on? Is it a textbook? Is it a general
reading literary material like a fiction book?

Is this material being transcribed into Braille?

I have a book with a poem in it, and I need suggestions on how to format it.

There are lines flush left and lines indented. Assuming that you could have
lines as long as you wanted are the indented lines supposed to be part of
the previous line, or are they each supposed to be separate?

Thanks.
