It appears that most people ask Gustavo for directions on how to do things.
His title is Web Site Manager. How is this not being in charge? If you can
explain, who does wwhat at Bookshare?

Robert,
Janice Carter is leaving. Her last day is today. She was the Director of
Literacy Programs and General Manager of Bookshare.
Somebody did say that Gustavo was the head of Bookshare, but that was
incorrect. You should have heard something about Janice recently because I
posted the correction along with a summary of Janice's and Gustavo's job
descriptions that was included in a message from 2005. Jim Fruchterman also
posted a notice yesterday of Janice's departure . You can find them in the
